I am a Product Owner (Product Manager) with experience in complex B2B2C products - both in B2B and B2C business segments.
Now I am a product manager at AlfaStrakhovanie and am mainly engaged in insurance products and services, but in my work, I practice the approaches of product companies, try to adopt their latest practices, and believe that my experience and mindset will allow me to successfully join any team and cope with any product challenge :)
My experience will be more useful for FinTech, InsurTech, and Assistance companies, but I would like to change the industry and try myself in EdTech, FoodTech, or MedTech companies in order to broaden my horizons and benefit not only the companies themselves but also to everyone in our world.

During my work, I launched a flexible pricing mechanism "Smart-offer", which allowed our department to increase the average check per client by 7%, as well as a solution for instant payments to clients, which made it possible to reduce the time of payouts to clients to 5 minutes instead of 2 hours, comparing to payout time earlier

About Me
I was born in the pleasant city of Dneprodzerzhinsk (Ukraine), but spent all my childhood, finished school and university in Moscow.
Since childhood, I have been fond of IT-technologies and the Internet.
For a long time I decided between the directions - IT or Business, and as a result, after graduation, I entered the Higher School of Economics in Moscow, where I decided to study Business Administration.
After completing my bachelor's degree I entered the HSE Master's program for a double degree program with the French business school ESCP-Europe in the direction of Marketing Communications in Moscow and Master in Management in Paris.
After graduating from the university and having worked for several years, I decided to continue my education and get a second higher education in the field of banking and finance, and also began to actively listen to product management courses.
Product management courses helped me decide what I would like to do in life - make digital (and not only) products that would have a great value proposition and bring value to people.
I hope that I still managed to change the insurance industry a little and make it more customer-friendly, but now I am looking for new challenges and hope to make the world a better place.
